Cradle to Career!

Northfield Promise continues after high school graduation. We connect and support Northfield graduates as they pursue jobs and further education. Support doesn’t end at graduation!

BEFORE AND AFTER GRADUATION!

• FAFSA Assistance: One-on-one help answering questions about the FAFSA! FAFSA qualifies college students for grants (free money!) and loans.The application opens every year on Oct. 1. The earlier you apply, the better! An application must be completed for every school year.

• College and Training Resources: What options are available, both local and outside of the Northfield area?
• Career Exploration: Finding careers that might be a good fit and of interest to you!

YEARLY OUTREACH

We reach out to the most recent graduates of Northfield High School four times a year, usually June, September, December, and May. Outreach includes helpful tips tailored to individual post-graduation plans, such as textbook information and employment openings.
